Your location information shared whilst using My First Alert is shared only with your chosen contacts. We do not receive this information and it is not stored or collected.
We may receive app diagnostic data, with regards to crash data. performance data and other diagnostic data collected for the purpose of measuring technical diagnostics related to the app. This information is used for the purpose to develop and enhance the app performance and to perform customer support.

The data is collected to allow us to provide our services to you and administering the relationship between us, to market our products and services to you, to comply with our legal obligations, to respond to enforcement requests and legal and regulatory requirements, to detect any malicious or fraudulent activity.
